Spring means...

new samples, new products!  Oooh.  And a new lens. I just returned from a cold and rainy NYC to find lots of boxes!  I guess that makes up for the canceled engagement session. Chelsey, I hope you're feeling better– the weather wasn't going to cooperate anyway.  While I was up there, I filled my head with as much inspiration as possible: some great photographers at ICP, then more photography, plus design, conceptual pieces and performance art at a very crowded MOMA.  Then a return for timed entry into the Tim Burton exhibition–wow, that guy is talented.  We also spent a little bit of time at the Museum of Natural History because we hadn't seen the Hayden sphere yet.  All of the museum visits were punctuated with great food, chocolate, and more food. So back to our fun: a new product I'm calling "Box Prints", a new sample of my eco-friendly proofbooks (Jessica, I used your wedding), and a new sample of my Signature Book showing a different page-binding option (Amanda, I used your engagement session).  Perhaps I'll use my new lens (a 24mm f1.4 prime) to photograph the samples.  But first, I need to finish editing Stella's one year old photos (last in her Baby's First Year series) and Sean + Alecia's gorgeous wedding at the Vinoy.
